You don’t need a consultant, but rather certainty that your specifications will be implemented in a targeted and timely manner and deliver the desired results. I will support you with interim project management or as a fractional CFO until your targets are achieved, depending on the initial situation and your requirements. Depending on the nature of your project, a success-based fee model is conceivable and welcome.
